Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom printed or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process Contact our customer service team at [email protected] request a return authorization. Once approved, ship the item(s) back to the provided return address. Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip in the return package. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund your order at no cost.
